Born into the convergence of two powerful lineages — the Lukaax.ádi Clan of the Yakutat Tlingit Nation and the MacGregor Clan of Scotland — Raven Rolland Gregg (Keetá Yeìl) carries the weight and wisdom of Indigenous sovereignty and Celtic resilience. Raven has cultivated deep, enduring relationships with Alaska Native governance structures, working at the intersection of Indigenous sovereignty and modern infrastructure. His work with the Sealaska Corporation, Central Council of the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska, and Yakutat Tlingit Tribe has shaped his understanding that true peace requires honoring Indigenous wisdom.

Serving as Minister of Science and Technology for the Kingdom of Hawaii, Raven works directly with HRM King Edmond Paki-Silva on international Indigenous sovereignty and infrastructure initiatives. This role represents the convergence of his engineering expertise with his commitment to Indigenous nations reclaiming their technological and energetic sovereignty.

As CEO and Director of Engineering at Royal Engineering Tech LLC, Raven leads the development of the Royal Forge — a groundbreaking basalt fiber manufacturing facility in Royal City, Washington.
